If you are selected for a free photo shoot, you will receive the following:

• An hour and a half appointment (extensions will not be offered for lateness or prop/wardrobe changes)

• 10 raw/unedited photos of your choice

• Three (3) edited photos of your choice (selected from your chosen 10)*

*Delivery of edited photos may take days or weeks; keep in mind the purpose of these FREE sessions is to build the portfolio of PiXELtryst and to practice editing techniques. You may expect the delivery of unedited photos within three days of your selection of 10.

Models

Adult content creators, dancers, and fashion/boudoir models are welcome. Model photography will be done outside unless the model can provide a space (up to 20 miles from Ft. Lauderdale) and cover any associated costs.

Products

If you have a physical product that you would like to showcase on your website or social media channels, we will travel to you (up to 20 miles from Ft. Lauderdale) or you can bring your items to our location.

Vehicles

If you have a vehicle you would like photographed, you may choose one location within 20 miles of Ft. Lauderdale. The vehicle must be stationary and the location must be unrestricted to the public.

Other

If you need another type of photography service, let us know in the form and we will let you know whether we can accommodate you. Please note wedding and event photography is NOT available for free.

You are responsible for your wardrobe, props, and product presentation, including any associated costs.

If you are a model, you must come with your make-up on, hair done, and, preferably, already wearing your chosen attire. If there is time, you may change your outfit once.

If you want to photograph perishable items, like dinner entrees, it is up to you to ensure it is ready and presentable at the scheduled time.

If you want to photograph a vehicle, please ensure it is clean (inside and out) before the scheduled time.

All props must be provided by you. If there happen to be props available at the chosen site, we can use those as well.

If you choose a location to shoot, such as your own home, be sure the area is free of clutter. Be aware of how presentable the background is and whether there are any items you do not want to be seen in your photos.

If you are selected for a free photo shoot session, you will work with Cara to choose a date, time, and location.

Please be advised that the shoot location is limited to a 20 mile radius of Ft. Lauderdale and to the hours between 9am and ending at 7pm.

In order to take full advantage of your time slot, you must arrive on time. An extension of your session will not be offered (e.g. if you your session is scheduled for 11am-12:30pm, it will end at 12:30pm regardless of when you arrive or the time it takes to get set-up).

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your free session will be forfeit and offered to someone else.

PiXELtryst will not be responsible for any costs associated with the photo shoot beyond gas and parking for our personal vehicle.

Cara Archer/Archer Strategy/PiXELtryst retains the copyrights to all photos shot during these free sessions.

Your participation means you expressly consent to your images being used by PiXELtryst/Archer Strategy for marketing and public display (whether online or in print), or sold/licensed to a third-party.

You may use the provided images in your own marketing and self-promotion, but you may not sell or license the images to a third-party.

Be aware that PiXELtryst may employ a “second shooter”. That photographer may also use those photos in their own portfolio or marketing assets and will retain copyrights. They may or may not choose to include these photos in what is available for your selection.

We, of course, would greatly appreciate if you mention and/or tag PiXELtryst when you share these photos, but it is not required. We are happy to cross-promote, so definitely provide us with your own social media and website links.
