Cara Archer has been optimizing businesses since 2012.

Shortly after college, she joined a team of three to run an upstart web design shop in Severna Park, Maryland. The offerings expanded as the team learned and adapted to their clients’ needs. Soon, they were offering graphic design, social media and email marketing, and photography services.

When Cara and a colleague launched their own venture, the two expanded their offerings even further: drone videography, consultation on shipping operations, content writing, application and technology training, and more.
